Dans le cadre de notre engagement continu à fournir une formation à nos clients en matière de gestion des échantillons et de prélèvements sanguins, nous recherchons des consultants en service BD (BIC) pour rejoindre l'une de nos équipes régionales. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de candidats au Québec.

Pour réussir l'adoption et l’implantation des produits BD au sein des établissements de santé, vous collaborerez en étroite collaboration avec le spécialiste clinique ainsi qu'avec l'équipe composée du gestionnaire de compte, du spécialiste des produits et du chef de projet clinique.

De plus, le BIC travaille avec les parties prenantes touchées par le changement de produit pour en faciliter l'intégration et communique ses commentaires à l'équipe BD, garantissant ainsi une résolution rapide de tout problème.

Rôles et responsabilités

Dans le contexte de la politique de conduite et de communication des consultants en service BD, les consultants sont responsables de :

  • Fournir de la formation au personnel infirmier ou autres travailleurs de la santé sur l’utilisation des produits BD.
  • Renforcer les politiques et procédures institutionnelles spécifiques au site (si nécessaire)
  • Fournir une formation de validation et un soutien si nécessaire
  • Fournir une assistance de suivi après la conversion, si nécessaire

Ces tâches seront accomplies en utilisant vos connaissances de la pratique clinique fondée sur des données probantes, de la gestion du changement et des principes d'apprentissage des adultes. Vous serez formé et coaché par le Spécialiste Clinique en charge du projet.

Prérequis pour le poste

Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) pour ce poste est un/une infirmier/ère récemment retraité(e) ou employé(e) sur une base occasionnelle ou à temps partiel et qui a la flexibilité nécessaire pour entreprendre des projets au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent. Le/La candidat(e) doit répondre aux critères suivants:

  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
  • Être disponible pour des déplacements dans les différentes régions du Québec et potentiellement y séjourner plusieurs jours consécutifs.
  • Des déplacements dans les autres provinces sont aussi possibles, selon la disponibilité des candidats(es).
  • Toute expérience en prélèvement sanguin est un atout.
  • Les candidats(es) bilingues seront priorisé(e)s.

Conditions

  • Salaire horaire avantageux.
  • Tous les frais reliés aux déplacements sont payés (repas, hébergement, kilométrage).
  • La plage horaire de travail peut se situer entre 5h00 et 20h00.
  • Les quarts de travail sont d’au moins 4h et d’au plus 12h.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing training to our customers in sample management and blood collection, we are looking for BD in-Service Consultants (BICs) to join one of our regional teams. We are currently looking for candidates in Quebec. To successfully adopt and implement BD products within healthcare organizations, you will work closely with the Clinical Specialist as well as the team composed of the Account Manager, Product Specialist and Clinical Project Manager.

Additionally, the BIC works with stakeholders impacted by the product change to facilitate the integration and communicates feedback to the BD team, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Within the context of the BD in-Service Consultant Conduct and Communication Policy, consultants are responsible for:

  • Providing training to nursing staff or other healthcare workers on the use of BD products.
  • Reinforcing site-specific institutional policies and procedures (if required)
  • Providing validation training and support if required
  • Providing follow-up support after conversion, if required

These tasks will be accomplished using your knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice, change management and adult learning principles. You will be trained and coached by the Clinical Specialist in charge of the project.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role is a recently retired nurse or employed on a casual or part-time basis who has the flexibility to undertake projects as they arise. The candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Be available to travel to different regions of Quebec and potentially stay there for several consecutive days.
  • Travel to other provinces is also possible, depending on the availability of the candidates.
  • Any experience in blood sampling is an asset.
  • Bilingual candidates will be prioritized.

Conditions

  • Competitive hourly wage.
  • All travel-related expenses are paid (meals, accommodation, mileage, etc).
  • The work schedule can be between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
  • Shifts are at least 4 hours and no more than 12 hours.
