Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
*Supporting the department in different business-related tasks
Is responsible for the selection process of the direct personnel with the purpose of maintaining the
number of employees of all the Business Units of all the shifts of the company completed.
Is responsible for proposing to the Management the necessary means of diffusion to publish the
vacancies.
Responsible for taking the requirement of hiring direct personnel of the Daily Report called "BOC
Hiring Updates Final Report", whose figure of the hiring requirement is agreed by the Management
in the monthly meeting.
Receive daily candidates who are looking for a job as Production Operator and ensure to receive
them in a form that Good Practice establishes to receive new employees.
Responsible for conducting the selection interview.
Is responsible to ensure that all and every candidate for the position of Production Operator passes through all the steps of the selection process, complying with the selection criteria established by the company.
It is responsible of elaborate at the e nd of the day the summary of selected candidates for the departments that need to be aware of such hiring such as Human Resources, Training, Patrimonial Security, and Manufacturing.
Is responsible for keeping a record of rejected personnel and their causes for statistical purposes and handling it confidentially.
Responsible for capturing in the daily report the total number of personnel attended, offered, and hired on a daily basis for statistical purposes.
Is responsible for performing statistics related to the recruitment and selection process that the company requests.
Supports the archiving of documents on days when exists a low influx of people seeking employment.
Comply with the delivery of PMP.
Participate in the meetings of Human Resources and Communication.
Participate in events and projects organized by the Human Resources Department.
Assist the personnel that submit voluntary resignation, provide options for their retention, and follow up on the documentation corresponding to the resignation or termination process for any reason.
Participation in the contract termination process.
Maintain zero accidents and report any unsafe conditions in his work area.
Education and Experience:
Finished professional career preferably.
2 years experience in a similar position preferably.
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
Language skills: Intermediate
