As a Supply Chain Planner Analyst with the focus on UCC products ( Urology & Critical Care), you report to the Supply Chain Manager. You are primarily responsible for supply & network planning , inventory & service control, support MDD/MDR, RECODE, NPD projects on behalf of supply chain team. You work closely with demand planning team to incorporate market trend change into latest supply plan, partner with BU/BOC/COE global supply to project future service risks , coordinate with regional marketing leads to deploy products under prioritization and manage product life cycle jointly.  On top of that, you oversee supply chain reports to the counterparts & stakeholders.

As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will provide input for the SIOP process for a given products portfolio,  understand supply challenges, eventually coordinate with other parties for remediation plan.

Key Planning Activities

• Replenishment of goods from supplier into EDC both timely and cost efficiently
• Service risk & inventory projection
• Inventory management (supply shortages & excess inventory)
• Define and execute stock deployment strategy aligned with regional marketing
• Create/ control/ communicate supply chain reports to counterparts & stakeholders
• Ownership of planning master data maintenance
• Project related tasks & reporting

Your Profile:

• You have a Master degree in Economics or a Bachelor’s Degree with some first experience in the field;
• You have experience in demand, supply and inventory planning;
• You have had exposure to regional planning and global initiatives (plus);
• You possess strong facilitation, influencing and supporting skills;
• You have excellent process development capabilities;
• You have strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, such as JDE or SAP ECC;
• You have strong working knowledge of an integrated Planning tool such as SAP SCM;
• You are able to deal with ambiguity, are a continuous and versatile learner and are Self-motivated.
