About the role
Finance has launched NextGen Finance program to drive BD Excellence across the function leveraging 4 core pillars – E2E Focus, Excellence Foundation, Simplified Interactions, and Digital First Mindset. The NextGen Finance Solutions & Design Integration Manager will support the NextGen Finance Solutions & Design Lead in developing and driving integrated plans for Finance design workstreams in-scope (RTR, ISCF, BP&A, GFS).
This position reports into the NextGen Finance Solution & Design Integration Lead. This position begins on 3/2025 and ends on or before 4/1/2028. If at the end of that period you have not been offered or have not accepted another position within BD, your employment will be terminated and you will not be eligible for severance per Company policy or plan.
Main responsibilities will include:
For areas in scope, independently lead NextGen Finance program delivery across design, delivery and value tracking.
Run design phases to build multi-year design consistent with global design principles. Coach design teams to execute activities such as assessments, building value cases, preparing process documentation, managing knowledge transfer, supporting cut-over activities, developing project/ program-related communications and providing other project management support and leadership. Liaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders.
Ensures successful end to end program delivery, implementation, execution, and delivery of programs outcomes through go-live and stabilization leveraging PMO best practices. Accountable for proactive identification of issues/risks and for driving risk resolution & escalation to management where required.
Manage overall timeline integration and identify and manage critical path integration across program workstreams (i.e., business process, organizational design, deployment, training, user experience, change management/communications and technology)
Perform overall program risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed.
Drive customer experience (project team and stakeholders during design & deployment planning process and seek process improvement opportunities including project team engagement, project delivery, reporting and communications.
Serve as point of contact with Business Case management team to align timing and approaches for financial models and business case refreshes
Serve as point of contact to coordinate and manage business engagement, stakeholder updates with Finance, GBS and other key forums. Lead development of program update materials and scorecards
Lead mobilization and execution planning including resourcing, project structure, scoping and initiating to ensure smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
Drive leverage of GBS Excellence playbook and capabilities and collaborate across GS model to bring a holistic deployment solution and ensure service lines are enabled to meet objective
Lead strategic projects as required
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills
Minimum of 10+ years of related business experience, in a shared services organization, preferably in Finance,
Min 5 years of experience supporting global transformation projects across matrixed teams in either project mgmt. or business capacity
