Smooth operation of Engineering Store through better planning, material handling equipment’s provide prompt service to the customer within time period, with good quality & lowest cost and reduce inventory level.

Job Description

• Ensure compliant on local Purchase policies & compliance.
• Providing material within time on low cost without compromising on quality.
•  Ensure no down time due to non-availability of spares.
• Monthly sharing of Engineering store expense report.
• Ensure to meet Engineering store targets i.e. quality/MRO.
• Ask quotation from vendor and negotiate.
• Making purchase requisition, follow up with vendors
• Follow-up for Release of PO from Authorized Personnel
• Verifying the bills and always see opportunities to reduce the cost
• Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing material
• Spares Management & Marking /identifications on material kept in Engg. Store
• Monitor consumption/purchase trend
• Planning & implementation for optimum inventory
