As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia and closed medication management.

As a Product Specialist, you will be part of MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) business unit. He/she will be responsible for achieving the annual sales objectives & establish the success of key MDS brands by building brand awareness in target groups.

Main responsibilities will include:-

  • Enhance clinical practice in target groups.
  • Conduct product presentations to nurses and other health care professionals on the safe and effective use of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all customers (both private and governmental institutions) within his/her area of responsibility.
  • To actively monitor and communicate market trends and competitors’ activity.
  • Customer visits and engagement and conduct regular training to the end users and concerned partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key Accounts and Key projects).
  • Achieve agreed sales, profitability and market share targets.
  • Improve BD’s share and enhance the current practice.
  • Understand the buying process/cycle and building relationships with its key members.
  • Timely report activities and market intelligence.
  • Comply with BD policy and procedures at all times.
  • Follow up on executions and sales plan along with customer mapping and management.

About You :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical discipline/healthcare science.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievement
  • Prior experience as a product specialist experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical company is a plus.
  • Strong team player with an eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Good presentation skills.
