Job Responsibilities:
Assists with assignments and is a team member.
Performs job with supervision.
Develops technician skills.
Performs job with accuracy and attention to detail; task oriented.
Maintains accurate data and organizes and presents data in a reportable format.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of company policies and procedures and ISO and FDA requirements.
Must be able to work in a biohazard environment and comply with safety policies and procedures outlined by company policies.
Retrieve from BMRAM (calibration database) list of equipment due for calibration monthly.
Create calibration WO’s in BMRAM.
Request service quotes from calibration suppliers.
Request PO’s in Coupa for calibration services.
Schedule onsite calibration.
Receive and enter calibration results into BMRAM, both on-site and off-site.
Closing WO’s in BMRAM.
Documenting and reporting OOT events.
Receive and create new calibration assets and calibration schedule in BMRAM.
Collect, inspect, and send equipment that are due for offsite calibration both in-state and out-of-state.
Receive, inspect, and return equipment that are calibrated offsite back into service.
Receive and support representatives from calibration suppliers providing on-site calibration.
Provide calibration needs to SLC staffs as needed – process new equipment, looking for missing equipment, provide consultations and help locating available equipment that meets engineering needs.
Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
