Job Summary: 
The Senior Global Product Manager will be responsible for leading a high growth category in the PIVC Global Business.  The role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead all aspects of the product development process through collaboration with key internal and external partners (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely completion of projects within budgeted costs.

• Provide direction on clinical/technical evaluations of existing and proposed products.  

• Ensure the successful launch of new products by developing and implementing marketing plans which include strategies, tactics, sales forecasts, pricing and cost estimates.  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Regulatory) to ensure alignment on commercialization strategy and implementation.  

• Conduct market research to identify trends, driven offerings, unmet needs and opportunities.  

• Develop promotional materials such as advertising, brochures, posters, manuals, web content, presentations, etc.  

• Support customer education efforts via training sessions, webcasts, trade shows, etc.  

• Prepare financial models, conduct marketing surveys and analyze data to develop appropriate pricing strategy and product positioning.  

• Monitor product performance, price sensitivity, profitability and consumer preferences; provide feedback to Sales and R&D.  

• Assist in obtaining regulatory approval and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.  

• 5+ years of product management work experience required, preferably in medical device industry.  

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and influence senior management.  

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.  

• Ability to travel up to 20% globally.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success handling multiple priorities simultaneously.  

• Experience working in a fast paced, high performing environment highly desirable.
