About the role
As Bids and Tenders Representative in Iberia, you will manage the entire tender process from application to completion and timely submission. Your key responsibilities include populating pre-qualification questionnaires, performing tender application and tracking, and collating and shipping tender documents.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling.
- May contribute to the development of tender strategies for the assigned area.
- Remains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech).
- Perform Tender identification and assessment.
- Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff, and provide regular standard progress reports and quality metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with sales managers and representatives to manage effectively bids and tenders, may participate in improvement projects.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate routine reports.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with limited scope.
- Update and maintain prices in JDE based on Tenders & Bids.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- +1 years of previous analytical experience, including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing required.
- Proficiency English level. Italian and Portuguese is a plus.
- Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite. Experience with an ERP software is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
