As Business Operations Support EMEA you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Industry team to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business operations. You will be a member of the EMEA Industrial microbiological team, working in close collaboration with the Business Manager and with the commercial and operation support team.

Our vision forIntegrated Diagnostics Solutionsat BD

By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Backoffice activity to support the business (reporting sales data, sent quotation to customers, support the renewal of contracts, etc..)
  • Support the commercial team updating customer master data & handling administrative and support task on Saleforce/LOTS
  • Collaborate on the organization of events and congresses, assisting in logistics aspect & provide sales support to update the information on SalesForce
  • Managing all CCO aspects of the VIP customers (orders follow up, inventory checks, shipping coordination, allocations, OCAPI…)
  • Strong communication by phone and email to address inquiries and resolving issues
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve good service level
  • Maintain accurate demand planning forecasts as business grows and evolves.

About you

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency English level
  • Self-starter, flexible, dynamic, action-oriented and driven with a hands-on mentality.
  • Time- management: Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good understanding of Excel, data management and Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Knowledge in other European languages
  • Experience in Saleforce CRM technology
  • Experience in customer service
