Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Assists marketing department in all aspects of the development and execution of promotional campaigns including concept creation, product demonstrations, presentations, special events, advertising, etc.
• Attends trade shows, conferences, training sessions, and other business meetings as required by supervisor or manager.
• Works closely with field sales staff to implement marketing strategies at regional level.
• Communicates effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Assists in designing new packaging for products, ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding packaging materials.
• Collaborates with colleagues across departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinates logistics related to sample shipment and distribution.
• Manages administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, sending emails, organizing files, preparing reports, etc.
• Creates and maintains databases, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations using computer software applications like Microsoft Office Suite.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
• Internship agreement is required
• Proficiency in English language required; additional languages beneficial.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
