Job Description Summary
Assist the Segment Marketing Leads across the digital marketing and commercial support activities. This role requires a proactive approach in assisting the IDS Korea team with day-to-day marketing requirements and key projects to support key growth drivers including the ability to innovate, build, and merge digital platforms and content, build branding for BD in Korea market.Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with marketers across product platforms (both DS and SM), and collaborating with omni-channel teams, to develop omni-channel marketing strategies and execution plans for key strategic initiatives, with the end goal to drive business growth (MQLs & SQLs);
- Collaborate with marketers in Plan, lead and execute all digital-related content, email marketing campaigns, social media content using a combination of platforms such as Knak and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop;
- Assist in the organization of webinars and the other digital platforms including managing EDMs and newsletters
- To support business in producing marketing collaterals, events and other marketing initiatives.
- Create Salesforce.com (SFDC) Campaigns to capture and monitor leads / opportunities conversion from omnichannel.
- Manage BD IDS websites, e-catalogs and ensure content is up-to-date
- As the key contact point to coordinate with vendors for project competition, including vendor briefing, quotation development, purchase orders submissions, project delivery, payment and etc, for both online & offline events;
- To assist in the marketing materials development and launch
- To support the business in the submission of company approval once artwork is done, support the business in the marketing collaterals and events assist and support the team in the facilitation of obtaining approval on marketing collaterals, search and consolidate for reference relevant to marketing collaterals
- Assist in the compliance system clearance for marketing engagement initiatives
- Execution, monitoring and reporting of marketing activities
- Manage and regularly launch Ad programs in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other avenues
- Maintenance and Administration of Marketing Content and Activities using a variety of tools such as Veeva Vault, Interactions Hub
- Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business related
- 2-3 years marketing experience in Medical Device Business or related industry preferred
- Strong planning, organizing and time leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills and good teammate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Digital marketing & omni-channel experience is preferred
- High Degree of Proficiency with Office Automation Software
- Online research experience (optional)
