1. 负责输注类中高值耗材销售,部分的苏州+常州市场。
充分了解目标医院客户需求及竞品现状,收集目标医院的微观市场数据,分析和发掘新兴市场业务机会
2. 具备较强的区域计划管理能力,结合目标医院情况“因地制宜”,明确年度策略方向并拆解为具体行动方案
3. 运用竞争销售技巧,能够合理规划时间、制定工作计划并高效执行,完成目标区域产品的销售任务,提高产品在医院的使用率和提单率,确保患者与医护的生命安全
4. 能够快速发现、预估风险并制定相应的风险管控预案,积极主动应对医院招标机会/风险并提供建议
