1. 熟知BD产品相关知识以及与竞品的差异(适应症、产品特性、操作手法、维护管理等)2. 全面了解静疗领域治疗方案与相关产品
3. 熟悉血管通路学苑(VAA)上的学术内容和专业知识,熟练操作和获取所需专业内容
4. 对医疗行业发展及政策导向有一定分析,理解其对业务的影响
5. 关注和掌握国内静疗学科动态及发展方向,对于区域静疗发展布局规划有自己的见解
Job Description
1. 充分了解目标医院客户需求及竞品现状,收集目标医院的微观市场数据,分析和发掘新兴市场业务机会
2. 具备较强的区域计划管理能力,结合目标医院情况“因地制宜”,明确年度策略方向并拆解为具体行动方案
3. 运用竞争销售技巧,能够合理规划时间、制定工作计划并高效执行,完成目标区域产品的销售任务,提高产品在医院的使用率和提单率,确保患者与医护的生命安全
4. 能够快速发现、预估风险并制定相应的风险管控预案,积极主动应对医院招标和带量采购机会/风险并提供建议
