Job Description Summary
1. 负责本部门所有产品的远程技术支持；对全国客户场地报修问题进行初判断并提供解决方案(包括硬件问题与软件问题)；2. 熟练操作Salesforce系统，做好客户场地报修CASE相关信息录入、工程师工单派遣、关单、CASE关闭等工作；
3. 负责上海地区现场售后服务技术支持工作；包括：处理上海场地设备调试、维修、保养、巡检等工作；
4. 负责全国Pump产品售后及其他支持工作；包括： Pump产品售后工作(安装、维修、保养、校准、刷机等）；配合公司年度内审、外审；Pump产品现场培训支持等工作；其他与Pump产品相关的支持工作
5. 熟悉部门内部相关流程；如：备件申请、备件返还、商务升级等；做好相关记录工作
6. 编写并定期更新产品技术手册、常见问题手册
