Job Summary

You are part of the commercial team in driving growth across the various business units and ensuring great customer experience. You will need to manage a team to provide inside sales support and customer care, accurate and timely commercial, and operations support during the entire sales and operations cycle, and to manage tenders and contracts. Understand customer needs very well and be agile to respond to the customers' changing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in Pakistan SIOP planning, monitor inventory allocation and backorders to update customers on shipment details.
  • Close monitoring of consignment inventory on inventory expiry, inventory accuracy.  Trigger collection for near expiry products from consignment locations.  Perform consignment cycle count at consignment locations and investigate cause of variances with Account Manager. 
  • Ensure that all consignment stock transactions are captured in ERP system and usage is traced and invoiced on a timely manner. 
  • Assist in contract maintenance and tender submission. 
  • Monitor license expiry and follow up with Regulatory Department on license renewal.  
  • Responsible for master data maintenance including customer master data, pricing data, item master.  
  • In-charge of reviewing instrument agreement expiry date and follow up with sales on contract renewal.  
  • Monitor sample request process according to BD Global Standards, track all samples issuances, and perform periodically review on aggregate quantity of samples issued to end customers. 
  • Review backorders and follow up with shipment details to update customers. 
  • Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal inventory level is maintained and minimum Excess & Obsolete (E&O).

Preferred Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or any relevance.
  • Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain, Operations management or Customer Service experience.
  • Preferably with SAP knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Excel application
  • Possess analytical skill and ability to able to analyze report from raw data.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis with recommendation of resolution.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business and customer oriented and a good team player
  • Fluent English in both written & spoken.  Other Asian language(s) would be a strong asset.
