Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Procurement Program Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. The primary focus of this role will be to integrate the 3PL contracts of our newly acquired business. This is an exciting opportunity to learn different systems and contracts across the Greater Asia region, navigate, identify, and strategize the way forward to capture synergies.

Key Responsibilities

Integration of 3PL Contracts

  • Lead the integration of 3PL contracts from the newly acquired business into our existing procurement framework.
  • Ensure seamless transition and alignment of contracts with our procurement policies and standards.

Systems and Contracts Management

  • Learn and understand various systems and contracts used across the Greater Asia region.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization of procurement processes.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategies to capture synergies and optimize procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and business partners, to drive successful integration and procurement initiatives.
  • Negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and report on the performance of integrated contracts and procurement activities.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the integration process.

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories, Capex Engineering Equipment, MRO, and construction procurement.
  • Proven experience in category strategy development and implementation for the Greater Asia region.
  • Strong experience in supplier relationship management and supplier performance development.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin communication is strongly preferred to liaise with China counterparts.
  • Experience in cross-cultural negotiation and relationship management is essential.
  • Cross-country cultural understanding and experience in Greater Asia supplier development and relationship management will be merit points.
