Job Purpose

This position is based in Singapore and you will be responsible to lead supply chain related projects in Greater Asia region.

Main Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional team in Greater Asia to drive projects from initiation to closure

• Prepares the Project Charter and project schedule

• Defines and owns the project deliverables

• Identifies project risks and provides mitigation actions

• Organizes and facilitates project kick-offs, workshops and trainings

• Maps as-is and to-be processes

• Recommends use of technology to achieve process efficiency

• Drives change management and communications

• Monitors and communicates the project progress with regular cadence

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering

• At least 5-7 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics

• Solid project management skills required with PMP certification preferred

• Good knowledge of SIOP, S&OE, demand planning and/or supply planning

• Experience in using SAP SCM and SAP ECC

• Knowledge in Kinaxis is advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is desired

• Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good communications, presentation and facilitation skills

• Independent & mature working style

• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
