Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, support the management of equipment and its spare parts, participate in continuous improvement activities of equipment or process, ensure the continued normal operation of production, and achieve operational goals.

Job Description

1.Maintain equipment by performing PM activities, ensuring activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan.

通过执行PM活动维护设备，确保活动按时完成并按计划执行。

2.Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented.

与维护计划员紧密合作，确保维修任务有良好的文件记录。

3.Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness.

对设备进行定期维护审核，识别潜在的持续改进机会，以提高PM项目的有效性。

4.Support the organization and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program.

支持备件和其他适用材料的组织和准备，以完成计划维修期和设备改造计划的维修任务。

5.Required to work during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities.

需要在工厂停工期间进行维修工作。

6.Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required to ensure optimal equipment performance.

为制造团队提供必要的支持，以确保设备的最佳性能。

7.Assist with technical development and training opportunities for unit technical staff on all shifts.

协助各班组技术人员的技术发展和培训。

8.Participate in production equipment improvement or technic process improvement activities under PM leader's arrangement, assist manufacturing unit team with production maintenance issues as necessary and mentor the unit technical staff in best methods of troubleshooting and operational repair techniques. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

9.Manage PM activities through designated area on plan and within budget.
