Working as a member of the production team reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Manager, responsible for set-up and efficient running of moulds, moulding machines and ancillary equipment to meet the quality standards and production targets, as well as supporting the introduction of new or modified processes.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Safely handle, load, and unload mould tools onto moulding machines, and set up ancillary equipment for running the moulds.
- Participate in investigations into processing issues and provide input to reduce waste and downtime.
- Support process trials and validation for new or modified mould processes.
- Fully document trials, validations, and process conditions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and GMP.
- Maintain and ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.
- Identify and implement improvements to the process, quality, or cost-effectiveness of the moulding operation.
- Perform basic maintenance duties on moulds, moulding machines, and ancillary equipment as specified in the Planned Maintenance guidelines.
- Undertake process projects as requested by the Shift Manager.
About you:
- NVQ Level 2 in Injection Moulding Machine
- Manufacturing Experience 5 years or more.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts from 10am to 10pm, following a 3 days on, 3 days off schedule.
