Responsibilities
Job Description Summary
1. Implement the formulation of regional plans and complete the sales targets and tasks of the hospital.2. Be highly proactive in completing regional indicators, and do a good job in regional business management, including resource allocation, plan formulation, strategy implementation, and complaint handling.
3. KOL management and maintenance.
4. Organise and establish a complete regional customer profile.
5. Tender and contract management and maintenance.
6. Strictly abide by the company's relevant compliance regulations and norms.
Job Requirements:
1. Business planning and analysis ability: be able to formulate regional sales plans and strategies according to regional characteristics, and allocate resources reasonably.
2. Good execution.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good presentation skills and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Bachelor degree or above in clinical related majors is preferred.
6. More than five years of sales experience in medical consumables.

8. Familiar with bargaining experience - bid and contract management.
