We are looking for a Manager for Relabelling and Rework Activities at our European Distribution Center in Temse. In this role, you will manage EMEA product relabelling requests and ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies. You will liaise with internal stakeholders like Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Business Units. You will manage the relabelling teams in Temse and Olen, establish best practices, provide training, and drive improvement initiatives. About the role
As a Manager of Relabelling/Rework activities, your day will be filled with coordinating and prioritizing new or changed labeling projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. You'll lead the EMEA labeling governance board, manage external partners, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Organize and coordinate relabelling/rework activities with various departments and external suppliers
- Manage incoming relabelling/rework requests from proposal to approval
- Connect with internal departments involved in the labeling process
- Responsible for leading the EMEA labeling governance board
- Build and update Quality processes in compliance with ISO 13485, improve relabelling team processes
- Support qualification and evaluation of external relabelling partners, ensure requirements are met
- Coordinate and participate in audits to verify efficiency of labelling/rework activities
- Follow up on performance based on agreed quality metrics
- Handle complaints, CAPAs, and deviations related to relabelling/rework activities
- Contribute to new business initiatives, projects, and regulations related to product labelling
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, MDR, and IVDR regulations for relabelling/rework activities
- Lead internal relabelling teams in Temse and Olen, provide mentorship and development
About you
- Experience in ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, and European Regulations such as MDR and IVDR
- Ability to work within a Quality Management System, particularly ISO 13485
- Experience in internal audits and managing a corrective and preventive action program
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch,
- People management experience
- Able to work from this office 3 times per week in Olen / Temse
