Job Family Summary
What is expected of you and others at this level in Direct Sales Management for Functional success
Responsible for Medication Dispensing, Perioperative Dispensing and/or the Alaris Infusion System in acute care hospitals and IDNs
Provides leadership and guidance to sales executives and professional staff
Creates and drives comprehensive strategies to exceed Regional sales objectives
Creates and drives effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Has in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge, as well as deep territory knowledge and customer relationships
Develops valuable solutions that meet customer business needs and shares key takeaways with others
Develops broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization; promotes win-win outcomes within, among and across teams, using the diverse perspectives of others to achieve results
Creates challenging roles and responsibilities to build organization capabilities and fill capability gaps
Creates and implements succession plans for managing talent within and from outside the organization
Makes decisions, often difficult and/or unpopular, that support the organization strategy; influences others to support the decisions

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
6-10 years healthcare sales management experience
Ability to travel 50% - 75% of time (based on candidate’s location)
Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills
Territory: South – Must live in geographic area
