MMS事業部におけるサービスチームのマネージメント全般をお任せします
- People management and development : サービスチームメンバーのコーチング、サポート全般
- Service strategy and management: サービス業務の戦略作成と遂行、コスト管理、日常オペレーション業務の管理（設置スケジュールの確認、チームの業務管理など含む）
- 海外製造元とのコミュニケーション：日本国内の成長opportunity やチャレンジに関してmonthly meeting などを通して海外製造元とコミュニケーションを取りながら業務改善の実施
- コマーシャルメンバー（Sales / Marketing ) とのコラボレーションおよびプロジェクト遂行：営業チームおよびマーケティングチームとのコラボレーションを通して、サービスオペレーションに関する業務改善や成長戦略の遂行
求める人物像
- サービスエンジニアとしての実務経験 *経験業界不問
- 日常会話可能程度の英語スキルをお持ちの方
