・苦情対応（海外製造元へのインプット、顧客へのフィードバック）
・製品不具合・健康被害に関する行政報告対応
・安全確保業務
・新製品導入、変更等に関するリスクマネジメント
・業務に関する手順書作成
・事業部に対する苦情トレーニング
・他社とのGVP契約の締結
▼求める人物像
・医療機器、医薬品メーカーにおける品質保証関連の経験
・TOEIC600以上（目安）または海外居住経験や仕事で海外とのコミュニケーション経験のあるかた。
・社会人３年以上
