Marketing Assistant (coordinator) Internship/apprenticeship

As Marketing Assistant, Homecare Urology - EMEA you will have the primary responsibility for supporting the HC EMEA marketing team. You will establish and reinforce a company culture defined by a commitment to customers, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires (creating Homecare Dashboard from reimbursement data).
• Collecting and analysing data to identify consumer trends and competitors’ activity assessment
• Elaborating operation marketing tools in collaboration with third parties (brochures, flyers, presentations…)
• Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
• Assisting with administrative procedures (marketing tools approval in Veeva PromoMats, submission of invoice and PO into internal tool BuySmart, organisation of internal and external events, HCP contracts submission)

Qualifications

• Studying in marketing/business (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
• Scientific/medical background
• The ability to analyse data and spot trends
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically MS Excel

• Knowledge of marketing environment and strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional European language is appreciated
• Ability to translate complex research into common language
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Organization and time management skills
