We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Effectiveness Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of Salesforce.com (SFDC), improving WinRoom effectiveness, generating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing superuser support. This role also includes managing training records, setting up IDS SFDC, collaborating across teams, classifying accounts, conducting opportunity reviews, and working closely with the IT team. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to team support and SFDC improvement projects, while converting data into actionable insights. Effective communication and adherence to the BD Way of Selling across EMEA are crucial aspects of this position.Job Description

Our vision for Integrated Diagnostics Solutions at BD
By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption and effective use of SFDC across the organization
- Enhance the effectiveness of WinRoom sessions by leveraging SFDC data and insights
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards within SFDC
- Act as a primary point of contact for SFDC superusers, providing advanced support and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain accurate records of all SFDC training sessions and participant progress
- Oversee the setup and configuration of IDS within the SFDC environment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SFDC initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement a framework for classifying accounts within SFDC
- Conduct regular reviews of sales opportunities within SFDC to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Partner with the IT team to address any technical issues or system enhancements related to SFDC
- Provide ongoing support to the sales and marketing teams in utilizing SFDC effectively
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving SFDC processes and functionalities
- Analyze SFDC data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Adopt and promote the BD Way of Selling, ensuring alignment with organizational sales methodologies
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the EMEA region
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on SFDC administration and optimization
- SFDC certification(s) is a plus
- Proficiency in SFDC reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions. English language essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
