Marketing Manager, Peripheral Intervention

Job Description Summary

We seek a proactive individual to lead our marketing team, with a focus on market expansion, solution uptake, and effective strategies. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and continuous collaboration with regional and local teams to meet objectives.
As part of this position, you will also have direct product management responsibilities within the Peripheral Intervention business. This field role offers the exciting opportunity to meet customers and travel up to 40% of your time. We are open to candidates across the UK, provided you are willing and able to travel.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead all marketing-related activities, ensuring strong operational alignment with business unit managers and regional marketing teams.
  • Define and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive portfolio growth, market expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities by leveraging market insights and customer needs.
  • Lead all aspects of the execution of marketing plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and investment prioritisation.
  • Manage key opinion leader relationships in line with the broader engagement strategy.
  • Support omnichannel campaign execution in collaboration with the Omnichannel PI team.
  • Drive marketing team performance through coaching, career development, and competency enhancement.
  • Ensure effective data governance and CRM usage to optimise marketing efforts.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Post-graduate Marketing qualification.
  • Minimum four years experience in marketing roles within the medical technology sector, including at least three years in product or marketing management.
  • Proven track record to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Strong strategic approach with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
  • Focus on achieving results through constant improvement.
