Job Description Summary

The program manager is responsible for providing BDZ project and program management support for various transfer and/or design change projects (of electro-mechanical products). The program manager will lead transfer projects. The position must be able to work with BDZ & outside (transferee) stakeholders to take projects and programs from project initiation through project close out, including coordination and alignment of integration points with product development plans/schedules. This position may be full time or part time.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Integrate with transferee organization’s project management.

• Plans, schedules, organizes, and delegates project activities.Sets goals, establishes priorities, manages project resources, reviews progress and results.

• Lead teams, negotiate for resources and lead projects to a successful and timely completion.

• Meeting coordination - scheduling, taking meeting minutes, leading discussion when necessary.

• Collect, organize, and escalate project issues and risks.

• Ensures regulatory compliance of projects by collaborating with the applicable groups.Complies with BDZ and BD quality policies, procedures, and practices.

Minimum Requirement:

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
