We are searching for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support the build and integration of digital marketing strategies within the Acute Care team.

The best candidate for this position is a marketing professional who has a passion for interactive design, new technologies, and forward-thinking digital marketing ideas that result in a seamless user experience to drive demand and build our brands.

The Digital Marketing Manager has experience executing short-term and long-term digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives, a keen understanding of marketing operations, and success with supporting web development projects. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing automation efforts within Adobe Marketo Engage.

Reporting directly to the US Senior Marketing Manager, this role will work collaboratively with the Acute Care Marketing team and the BDX Digital community.

This role provides flexibility to work 4 days on site in Covington, GA and remotely Friday on a weekly basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing Managers to develop and deliver omni-channel campaigns that extend Acute Care’s reach in the US market, increasing lead generation and improving brand awareness – responsible for campaign choreography
  • Leads day-to-day management of paid media agency workstreams and coordinates campaign execution as determined by omnichannel strategies
  • Develops and implements ABM strategies and campaigns to target high-value accounts
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital initiatives – adjust plans for maximum effectiveness
  • Manage our web presence on BD.com, and drive traffic there by leveraging search, social media, landing pages, advertising, events, etc.
  • Design search and automation strategies optimized for attracting, educating, and retaining customers.
  • Continue to drive and deploy lead generation and handling framework, from campaign inception to qualified lead hand over to sales. Including a tracking mechanism to feedback to marketing and future campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital space
  • Apply marketing campaign standard processes and find opportunities to improve the customer experience across multiple channels and tactics.
  • Provide marketing Automation support in Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Manage Product Information (PIM), a digital repository of product details.
  • Support Acute Care Marketing Team needs for asset management of customer-facing and sales enablement content within Showpad, Veeva Vault, and the Digital Asset Manager.
  • Manage content through full medical, legal, and regulatory approval routing process (as needed) and ensures only approved content release to market through various channels.
  • Work in strong collaboration with the US Marketing team and the BDX MarCom/Digital community

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing in healthcare or B2B industry
  • Advanced proficiency with best practices for content marketing, web, social media, email marketing, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques focusing on channel and content strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience writing and editing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ability to follow a style guide, and ensure content accessibility and end-user readability. This includes strong copywriting skills including proof reading, editing, research and tone of voice.
  • Experience working within the Adobe Experience Suite of products a huge plus: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Veeva Vault, Salesforce CRM, and Showpad experience is a plus.
  • Experience effectively and efficiently managing copy approval (MLR) processes.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines with limited resources and in a highly matrixed organization.
  • A great team player - collaborative, detail-oriented and organized, comfortable working in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
