About the role

The Credit Controller EMEA will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debt in all EMA countries within the scope of thThe role will closely cooperate with the Sales Organization and the Finance teams to ensure credit limits are accurately managed and payment terms are adhered to.ered to.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting on AR performance
• Supervise and drive the monthly AR review process with local teams
• Identify trends and risks in accounts receivable and proactively manage them through appropriate actions
• Develop and implement best practices for collections and credit management across EMA
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide support to sales organization regarding customer queries, disputes and credit limit issues
• Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to resolve any issues related to AR
• Assist in developing and implementing new systems or processes related to AR

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
• Proven experience working as a Credit Controller in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient English language skills required
• Proficient in Excel.
• SAP S4 Hanna knowledge is a plus
