This role involves close collaboration with the Supply Chain leadership team, business leaders, and country leaders across Europe and the Middle East and Africa (EMA).

About the role

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager EMEA Supply Chain, the SC Finance Business Partner will have the responsibility on the E2E SC Financials, for a specific segment or P&L line, for both Europe and EMA and this in close collaboration with Supply Chain leadership team, business, and country leaders.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Processes: handling budgets, projections, and actuals for specific supply chain cost components
  • Performance Analysis: monthly tracking and reporting of supply chain financial performance
  • Cost Drivers: calculating the impact of changes and integrating them into financial processes
  • Dashboards and Reports: crafting and sharing performance and cost driver reports with stakeholders
  • Risk and Opportunity Identification: spotting potential risks and opportunities
  • Financial Support: advising the Supply Chain leadership team to drive business goals
  • Project Implementation: leading and supporting various projects expenditures
  • Process Efficiency: identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Alignment with Global Processes: ensuring compliance with worldwide financial processes and policies
  • Team Development: mentoring and developing team members
  • Collaboration: working closely with various centers of perfection and other teams

About you

  • Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business management, Economics or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance (analysis) or business support
  • Advanced knowledge about Financial Processes (ASR/Budget/Projections/Actuals/CAPEX/…) and Accounting
  • Professional experience in large global multi-segment business
  • Good knowledge about ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, PowerBI, …
  • Clear curiosity about Finance and Supply Chain. Knowledge about integrated Supply Chain is a strong asset
  • Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to analyse, trend data and translate into information/reporting –
  • Go beyond the numbers, determine the root cause of variances, and consider the business/function implications in helping identify opportunities and improve performance
