Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Shape the future of BD’s e-landscape by driving innovative end-to-end customer e-Integration strategies, both internally and externally.
- e-Integration Leader: Spearhead the prioritization, planning, design, and implementation of cutting-edge e-Integration initiatives. Collaborate with e-Trading Partners for strategic e-Compliance roadmap planning and customer e-onboarding targets, while coordinating with TGS EDI technical teams.
- M&A Integration Expert: Lead the seamless integration of e-processes for mergers and acquisitions within the EMEA region, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and objectives, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Standards Innovator: Develop and maintain state-of-the-art e-integration strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure excellence and consistency.
- Training and Support: Empower key stakeholders with comprehensive training and support on e-integration processes and tools, enabling them to excel.
- Industry Trendsetter: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in e-integration, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
- Compliance Champion: Keep up-to-date with evolving e-compliance requirements for all EMEA countries, ensuring adherence and regulatory compliance.
The experience you bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in for example: business administration, information technology providing a strong foundation in both business and technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, ERP, and e-related process implementation.
- Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in managing integration projects and processes.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, EDI, middleware).
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems.
- English fluency required
