Job Description Summary

As Associate Director, Product Management Data & Interoperability, you will lead the Parata Platform data and interoperability global product team. Parata is a high-growth, strategic business in the Pharmacy Automation platform. BD Parata offers automation hardware, software and end-to-end central fill solutions that enable clinical, operational and financial improvements.
Reporting directly to the Director, Central Fill this experienced, results-driven Associate Director will be accountable for commercial execution of the product strategy for the data and interoperability portfolio. This person will lead the Health Systems data and interoperability strategy partnering with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and determine the optimal portfolio strategy and commercial execution plan to meet business objectives. This person will serve on Data & Interop Core Team as the Market Lead for innovation and NPD programs and partner with cross-functional members to ensure timely execution of milestones. This person will partner with the Regional Marketing teams to execute commercial excellence initiatives to achieve near-term and long-term business objectives and organizational plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic leader for the data and interoperability portfolio with direct management of data and interoperability team, and Marketing core team lead for data and interoperability innovation programs
• Uses customer insights to define data and interoperability product roadmaps to drive incremental customer value
• Harmonizes data and integration strategy across product portfolios to ensure consistent customer experience
• Executes launch and commercialization of our data and analytics NPD program
• Defines and executes monetization strategy for data and analytics portfolio
• Partners with product managers and Data & Interop Core team to prioritize and execute product roadmap and commercial strategy to ensure achievement of budgets, ASR plans, and longer-term sustainable growth in all customer segments
• Develops commercial launch plans, messaging, training, product claims and product-specific content and tools
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing tactics and portfolio roadmap

About You:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 8+ years experience in data and interoperability product management and new product development

• Existing knowledge of pharmacy and medication workflows; health systems focus preferred

• Demonstrated ability to set vision, develop and implement product strategies and drive successful execution to meet business objectives

• Demonstrated track record of leading a team and achieving results working across dynamic teams, complex business environments and matrix organizations

• Strong analytics, market research, and presentation skills

• Ability to travel regularly to Durham, NC and US Customers (25% of the time)

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $33,800.00 - 220,800.00 USD Annual

$133,800.00 - $220,800.00 USD Annual
