BD Pyxis™ medication management solutions is a leading $1B global brand with a major presence in the US and other key international markets. BD Pyxis™ technologies help hospitals improve patient safety, increase medication availability and streamline workflows to make clinicians’ lives easier. As Global Product Manager, BD Pyxis™ Medication Solutions you will work under the direction of an Associate Director, and in collaboration with cross functional team members and global region partners. You will support the development of innovation and sustaining capabilities for the BD Pyxis™ portfolio. The Global Product Manager’s role supports key areas in a global context: function as a subject matter authority for functional teams, downstream marketing, and regions, drive new product enhancements, integrations and continuity in product development process and define the product strategy and roadmap. Candidates must be able to work on-site in our San Diego, CA office 4 days per week.

Key responsibilities will include

• Demonstrate deep understanding of market landscape, trends and customer needs to identify and fill product/service gaps that will generate new solutions to improve customer experience, grow category share, and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain product requirements, roadmaps and strategic oversight.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle, including leading product end of life initiatives.
• Prioritize technical and commercial requirements based on business and customer impact.
• Build cases to support new product and business opportunities.
• Leading or supporting competitive strategy work as needed

About you:

• Validated Competencies: meticulous, critical thinker, self-motivated, driven, hard-working, highly collaborative, self-aware, customer-focused, and highly accountable.
• Experience getting things done in highly matrixed environments, able to work with cross-functional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control
• Minimum 3 years in marketing and/or product/solution management with proven commercial strategy and product management skills required
• Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing/Business or Technical Field; MBA preferred
• Healthcare automation experience and/or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Travel: 25%

Travel: Entry to hospitals and other medical facilities is required. Many facilities have instituted vendor credentialing policies which require vendors to meet defined training, background check and proof of immunization requirements as a condition of entry. Associates entering these facilities are required to abide by these credentialing requirements.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

$107,500.00 - 177,300.00 USD Annual
