Job Description Summary:

We are seeking for an experienced Content Strategist Manager for Greater Asia to drive plan, strategize and execute the content strategy in partnership with Marketers, Sales, and Omnichannel teams across Asia.

You will play an important role in strengthening our content pipeline and channel mix within the region. Leveraging your wide array of skills & competencies, you will have the opportunity to help adapt, generate, and define content excellence to help frontliners, doctors, researchers, governments, patients… and many more, understand our vast portfolio of innovative products and services.

In this role, you will be managing a team supporting our website, and your ambition should be to build a content factory team that would support the region.

Reporting to the Omnichannel & Marketing Communications Director, you will join a team of talented individuals who collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders from Global, Regional and Country teams to help achieve the commercial success of our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global, regional and country teams to develop the optimal content strategy (re-use, transform, create) and execute it.

  • Be able to explain the actions to take on content and channel to link the art (story, copy, design) and science (analytics, flow) of marketing.

  • Be an actor of change (pilot, scale up) on the content validation workflow to reduce the time from brief, to production, and roll-out.

  • Walk the talk, drafting content and stories that support our marketing plans to meet our targeted growth.

  • Build a business case and recruit a team of content creator to support our rapid growth of content requirements.

  • Develop the story telling acumen of our marketing associates and help them articulate the narrative into stories that delights our partners.

  • Ensure alignment with global standards for user experience and brand consistency across all regional web properties.

  • Partner with the customer insights and data analytics teams to analyze content and channel performance.

  • Works across teams to support creation of sales and marketing content and website strategies that support omnichannel conversions for favorable ROI and revenue pipeline.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, search engine optimization, content trends, monitor competitor websites, and recommend improvements to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's preferred in Marketing, Business or Communications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and content strategy, with a focus on content creation and re-utilization, content optimization, and content production workflow.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in an agency, leading a content team.

  • Experienced in content library management (i.e. Veeva Vault, Adobe Workfront), web content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager) and various digital marketing applications.

  • Expert-level knowledge of SEO (both technical and content), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and media buying.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, work as a team.

  • Self-motivated, takes ownership, initiative and able to work independently.

  • Ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company’s stated goals.

  • Experience working with healthcare clients or in the industry is a plus.

  • Experience working on B2B campaigns.

  • Ability to lead and inspire large teams of marketers and content creators.  

  • Strong attention to details with superior time and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in English; other language is a plus.

  • Genuinely passionate about the healthcare industry, making an impact.
