Job Description Summary
As Digital Content Manager, you are an experienced and results-driven digital marketing leader, who is responsible for the management of omni-channel marketing content. This position will support BD’s Global Integrated Diagnostic Solutions business unit and report directly into the Associate Director, Digital & Creative Services. It will be driving the execution of successful short-term and long-term digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives, most immediately supporting IDS Business efforts on BD.com (Adobe Experience Manager) and our marketing automation efforts within Adobe Marketo Engage. This position will work collaboratively and cross-functionally across BDX teams as needed. This position will also focus on our Product Information Management (PIM), Sales Enablement (Showpad), and our SEO strategy.Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage our efforts on BD.com through collaboration with business leaders and our global digital team, supporting our senior manager, interactive design.
Design search and automation strategies optimized for attracting, educating, and retaining customers.
Collect and interpret data and then use the findings to adjust plans for maximum effectiveness.
Manage Product Information (PIM), a digital repository of product details.
Provide marketing Automation support in Adobe Marketo Engage.
Support Platform Marketing Team needs for asset management of customer-facing and sales enablement content within Showpad, Veeva Vault, and the DAM.
Manage content through full medical, legal, and regulatory approval routing process (Veeva Vault PromoMats) and ensures only approved content release to market through various channels.
Work in strong collaboration with the Digital and Global/regional Marketing teams, BU Marketing/Communications team and across BDX matrix organization and marketing community.
About You:
Experience working within the Adobe Experience Suite of products a huge plus: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Marketo Engage.
Veeva Vault, Salesforce CRM, and Showpad experience is a plus.
Industry experience in biotech, pharma, med tech or health tech/digital health is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
Strong project management skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content strategy and tactics including content creation, editing, analytics, social media marketing and search engine optimization.
Experience writing and editing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ability to follow a style guide, and ensure content accessibility and end-user readability. This includes strong copywriting skills including proof reading, editing, research and tone of voice.
Experience effectively and efficiently managing copy approval (MLR) processes.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines with limited resources and in a highly matrixed organization.
A great team player - collaborative, detail-oriented and organized, comfortable working in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment
Ability to travel 10-15%

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as tosupport recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, andtalent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. Thesalary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual worklocation. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$97,700.00 - 161,100.00 USD Annual
