This role offers a great opportunity to support a dynamic Nordic marketing team by coordinating the execution of marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play an essential part in planning and delivering marketing programmes, with a strong focus on organising events and meetings across the Nordic region. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple countries to ensure seamless coordination and execution of campaigns.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and manage in-person and virtual marketing events, including logistics, registration processes, and third-party vendor communication
• Support the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing content across various channels
• Maintain and monitor lead generation forms to ensure accurate data collection and system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign implementation and follow-up
• Track marketing activity outcomes and compile performance reports where needed
• Ensure administrative processes for the marketing function are efficiently maintained
• Assist in managing regional meeting planning and preparation
• Contribute ideas to enhance team efficiency and support creative initiatives

About you:

• First experience in marketing, communications, or other customer-facing related position.
• Ideally have worked in a large, complex organisational environment, healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Swedish, another Nordic language is considered a plus
• Possess strong organisational and project coordination skills, confident computer user
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team setting
• Show meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
