Digital Resilience Analyst (Remote)
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Resilience Analyst with strong Project Management skills to join our Cyber & Digital Risk Management (C&DR) team at BD. The Digital Resilience Analyst will be responsible for helping to define and manage tactical implementation of foundational IT business contituity and recovery projects while assuring compliance with internal and industry standard policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring that business continuity/recovery and resilience plans comply with relevant global regulations and industry standards including CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, and others. This individual will work across IT, information security and business stakeholders to ensure progress toward prioritized projects by managing project schedules, metrics, resources, risk and applicable budgets. This individual may work with 3rd party consultants or service providers.Job Description

Job Description
Create, implement, monitor and assess processes that track compliance with digital resilience (BC/DR) policies and standards.
Define project plans and identify required resources
Conduct regular internal assessments to identify compliance gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resiliency measures and address compliance issues
Stay up to date and maintain knowledge of changes in cybersecurity resiliency regulations and industry standards.
Provide training and awareness programs on digital resilience policies and compliance requirements to business unit and corporate stakeholders such as Enterprise Risk Management and IT Infrastructure Leadership.
Prepare and present status reports to the team lead.
Assist with meeting scheduling, agenda creation and follow-up actions for governance meetings.
Maintain program/project metrics and dashboards
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during maturity assessments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within IT or Information Security
Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity business continuity and recovery policies, standards, and procedures.
Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISM, CISA, EDRP, CDRE or similar preferred.
Proven track record of successful project management
Familarity with data analysis and BCM management tools, PowerBI, Excel, Service Now BCM.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA and other similar compliance frameworks.
