- Develop a Comprehensive Business Plan: Formulate a detailed business plan that outlines objectives across long-term, mid-term, and short-term horizons. Synchronize these objectives with the sales and training divisions, ensuring alignment with both global and regional marketing strategies to fully realize sales potential.
- Market Research and Strategy: Execute in-depth market research to accurately identify our market segment. Pinpoint target physicians and institutions, gauge their market potential, scrutinize competitor dynamics, and anticipate the evolving medical and therapeutic needs relevant to our product line.
- Product Lifecycle Management and Product Launch Excellence: Oversee and guide cross-functional teams—including global and regional marketing, regulatory affairs, health economics, quality assurance, supply chain management (SCM), safety and vigilance departments, etc.—to efficiently execute the change control process. This entails managing any product modifications according to a predefined schedule, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and upholding the highest levels of product quality and safety.
- Maximize Product Value: Maximize Product Value: Lead the strategic development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the value proposition of our products. This involves a close partnership with the sales team to ensure initiatives are well-integrated with sales strategies. Define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain ongoing assessment to measure and improve the impact of these initiatives.
- Scientific Relations and KOL Engagement: Forge partnerships with medical affairs to substantiate our claims with solid evidence. Prioritize engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific congresses, lectures, symposia, and research collaborations.
- National/International Activation Plan: Construct an annual activation strategy at the national scale, while coordinating with the global marketing team to tap into international resources. This strategy should encompass targeted publicity, the spread of information via congresses, meetings, and promotional materials, and adherence to all pertinent domestic and international healthcare professional regulations and Fair Competition Codes.
