About the role
The Product Manager Pharmacy Automation Retail Iberia will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, segmentation and targeting for all customer segments BD operates in the pharmacy automation retail space.
The role works in close alignment with the sales teams, product management, regional marketing and drives strategic country partnerships and KOL programs to get continuous feedback on the market.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Market analysis & evaluation, define go-to-market strategy with Rowa (Parata) product portfolio, prepare segmentation and target addressable market
- Responsible for key strategic network partners together with sales leaders; focus on identifying new partners; develop collaboration with existing partners; measure critical metric
- Develop existing KOL and drive new customer programs in-line with regional marketing strategy
- Support & train the sales teams by enabling high quality sales conversations including competitive intelligence, value propositions and evidence generation
- Evaluate customer feedback (NPS, VOC etc.) and market trends regularly and take actions
- Play a key role in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio
- Close collaboration with marketing hub leads and sales leaders in terms of strategy & execution
- Support in the setup of regional omnichannel campaigns; take the lead in local campaigns and support trade show activities
- Proactively engage in the funnel management; measure & analyze critical metric and prepare local reports
About you
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree level qualification in business administration, marketing, economics or equivalent
- >5 years’ marketing experience in retail segment (pharmacies, technology industry, luxury, ecommerce etc.)
- Proficient marketing skills & proactive development and management of marketing processes
- Strong communicator with experience in matrix organisations
- Strategic thinker with strong analytics focus and project management skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Strong knowledge in CRM & analytics (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, PowerBI)
- Willingness to travel to support region – approximately 20% of time.
