Au sein de l’équipe Digitalisation, vous contribuerez au développement et à l’amélioration des solutions numériques industrielles du site dans le cadre de la stratégie Industrie 4.0.

Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

LE DEPARTEMENT

Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38), vous intégrerez le service digitalisation.

Le service digitalisation chez BD Pont-de-Claix joue un rôle clé dans la transformation numérique des processus internes.

VOTRE MISSION

Responsabilités principales :

  • Participer au projet de déploiement du système AVEVA (MES / supervision).
  • Réaliser des extractions et analyses de données à partir de programmes automates (PLC).
  • Contribuer à la migration d’une application IHM (Interface Homme‑Machine).
  • Participer aux vérifications et validations des données machines (qualité, cohérence, traçabilité).
  • Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires (weekly meetings) avec les équipes Corporate OT/MES.
  • Documenter les configurations MES actuelles et contribuer à la standardisation.
  • Réaliser un inventaire structuré des prises et réseaux industriels utilisés par les applications MES.

Compétences recherchées

Techniques :

  • Connaissances de base en MES / OT / PLC / IHM.
  • Principes fondamentaux en automatisme ou informatique industrielle.
  • Notions en programmation (Python, SQL, VBScript, ou autres).
  • Compréhension du fonctionnement des réseaux industriels (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.) est  un plus.

Profil :

  • Étudiant(e) Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique industrielle, automatisme, ou génie industriel.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel exigeant (qualité, sécurité, traçabilité).
  • Bon niveau d’anglais (documents techniques, réunions corporate).
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et esprit analytique.
  • Esprit d’équipe, curiosité et proactivité.

Compétences comportementales :

  • Travail en équipe : collaboration avec production, qualité, OT, MES, IT et corporate.
  • Communication : capacité à interagir avec des experts métiers variés.
  • Curiosité et initiative : volonté d’apprendre de nouveaux outils et de proposer des améliorations.
  • Pensée logique : capacité à comprendre des systèmes complexes.

€22 500,00 - €32 625,00 EUR Annual
