Job Description
Resumen del Puesto**
El Operador A es responsable de ejecutar tareas de producción estándar, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia en los procesos de fabricación de dispositivos médicos, siguiendo los procedimientos operativos establecidos por Becton Dickinson Infusion Therapy Systems Inc., S.A.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Operar y monitorear maquinaria y equipo de producción, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.
* Realizar tareas de ensamblaje, empaque y etiquetado de productos según las especificaciones.
* Inspeccionar visualmente los productos para identificar defectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
* Mantener un registro preciso de la producción y los controles de calidad.
* Limpiar y mantener el área de trabajo y el equipo según los protocolos de higiene y seguridad.
* Seguir estrictamente los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) y las buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM).
* Reportar cualquier anomalía o problema en la producción al supervisor inmediato.
* Colaborar con el equipo para optimizar los procesos y alcanzar los objetivos de producción.
* Participar en entrenamientos y capacitaciones según sea requerido.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria completa o equivalente.
* Experiencia previa en entornos de manufactura, preferiblemente en la industria de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutica.
* Habilidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas de manera precisa.
* Destreza manual y atención al detalle.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos si es necesario.
* Conocimientos básicos de seguridad industrial y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
* Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos de peso moderado.
