Job Description
Actividades y responsabilidades principales:
- Investigar y analizar tendencias de mercado, y actividades de la competencia para identificar oportunidades y desafíos.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo y la implementación de planes de marketing integrales, incluyendo campañas digitales, eventos y promociones.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas, generar informes detallados y presentar insights accionables.
- Mantener y actualizar el contenido de los sitios web y las plataformas de redes sociales.
- Apoyar en la creación de materiales de marketing (presentaciones, folletos).
- Gestionar la relación con agencias externas y proveedores de servicios de marketing.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto para alinear las estrategias de marketing.
- Administrar el presupuesto de marketing y asegurar la optimización de los recursos.
Formación académica y experiencia previa
- Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia comprobable en roles de marketing, preferiblemente en el sector de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutico.
- Experiencia en marketing digital
- Dominio avanzado del idioma español e inglés (hablado y escrito).
- Habilidad para analizar datos, generar informes y presentar resultados de manera clara y concisa.
- Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y de automatización de marketing.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y trabajo en equipo.
- Proactividad, creatividad y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
