Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of commercial strategies for our product for healthcare worker safety from hazardous drug exposure, primarily anticancer agents. Over the past decade, our HDS business has grown at a double-digit CAGR, securing a strong market position. With a new product launch this year, we anticipate further growth. This role involves managing multiple product managers and reporting to the Marketing Director.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Maximize opportunities with the new product launch to accelerate HDS business growth.
- Leadership: Lead the IPD/HDS marketing team to achieve short-to-midterm business results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to implement product marketing and market development plans to meet business targets.
- Support: Assist IPD/HDS product managers in market and sales analysis, marketing communication planning, new product launch planning, and product life cycle management.
- Planning: Oversee annual and mid-term commercial planning for IPD/HDS products; collaborate with the Marketing Director on strategic review planning for sustainable growth.
- Communication: Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams to plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and sales forecasting for IPD/HDS products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Team Development: Build a strong marketing team through coaching and developing subordinates.
