Job Description
Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)
Como fabricante y proveedor líder de productos que se utilizan a diario en el cuidado de la salud, el equipo de Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) proporciona una amplia gama de productos para terapia de inyección e infusión, anestesia regional y manejo cerrado de medicamentos.
Funciones:
- Servicio al cliente interno y soporte para servicio al cliente externo
- Mantener actualizado el maestro de clientes en el sistema
- Asistir al equipo de Ventas y Marketing en parametrizaciones en el ERP (SAP, Pipefy). SAP: Parametrización de clientes, creación de reglas, creación de usuarios, asignación de ventas Pipefy.
- Seguimiento a compromisos generados en las reuniones de la unidad de negocio
- Gestión y trámite de documentación solicitada por clientes/proveedores (formatos de actualización de datos, etc.)
- Hacer seguimiento a cumplimiento de los representantes de ventas
- Realizar reporte de seguimiento de ventas del Hub (diario) a través del PBI y SAP
- Garantizar los incentivos correctos para cada empleado en el equipo
- Hacer seguimiento a la firma de los contratos en comodato
- Hacer seguimiento a la productividad de los equipos
- Diligenciamiento de formularios para licitaciones
- Cierre y legalización de facturas
- Seguimiento a incremento de precios.
- Actualización de listas de precios en el sistema y clientes asignados a los diferentes ejecutivos, incluyendo códigos de ejecutivos y códigos actualizados de productos
Requisitos:
- Profesional en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o afin
- Experiencia mínima de dos dos años en el equipo de mkt o ventas.
- Experiencia con manejo de excel intermedio-avanzado
- Inglés intermedio
- Manejarse por resultados
- Orientado hacia la acción y trabajo en equipo
- Deseable experiencia en industria de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutica.
