Job Description

Job Summary

Directs and oversees the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex, cross-functional programs within Pharmacy Automation business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, on-time delivery of major new product development and sustaining programs, and within-budget performance.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a portfolio of product development programs, from initiation through closure, across various departments including R&D, operations, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
* Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, communication strategies, and success metrics.
* Oversee program managers and project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, functional heads, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program goals.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact program timelines, budgets, or deliverables, escalating concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.
* Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure all programs comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
* Prepare and present regular program status reports, financial updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership and relevant committees.
* Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within program teams.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, life sciences, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, multi-faceted programs on time and within budget.
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycles (PDLC) .
* Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing environments, and make sound decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in program management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
