Role Overview

The Order Fulfillment Specialist META plays a critical role within the Order Fulfillment organization, focusing on strategic continuous improvement initiatives, revenue and inventory risk orchestration, and analytics-driven performance optimization.

This role acts as a key orchestrator across Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Sales, Finance, and strategic distributors, ensuring reliable execution of the end-to-end order fulfillment process for the Middle-East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.

The position requires strong project management capabilities, deep end-to-end supply chain understanding, and advanced analytical skills to improve service, protect revenue, and strengthen collaboration with strategic distributors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Orchestration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry through delivery and invoicing, with a strong focus on shipments to the Middle-East.
  • Act as a central orchestrator between internal functions (Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial, …) and strategic distributors.
  • Support revenue and inventory risk orchestration, identifying potential service or revenue risks and driving mitigation actions.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement projects within the Order Fulfillment organization.
  • Drive initiatives to improve:
    • On-time shipment and delivery performance (OTS / OTIF)
    • Forecast accuracy and demand alignment
    • Order fulfillment reliability and cycle time
  • Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key fulfillment KPIs.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and executive-level discussions.
  • Use analytics to proactively detect trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the META region.

Stakeholder & Distributor Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with strategic distributors, ensuring alignment on service expectations, inventory position, and demand signals.
  • Support cross-functional governance meetings with fact-based insights and clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented culture across the supply chain network.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably within order fulfillment, logistics, or distribution organizations.
  • Proven experience with shipments to the Middle-East and exposure to complex international logistics environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing projects that delivered measurable operational improvements.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Strong end-to-end supply chain expertise, including:
    • Order management
    • Logistics and transportation
    • Inventory management and risk mitigation
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proven proficiency in Power BI for reporting, visualization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of service, revenue, and inventory trade-offs in a supply chain context.
