Job Description

To strengthen the Site Services Team, we are seeking a Facilities & Site Services Manager to lead site services operations across the Benelux, focusing on the Erembodegem site. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and compliant workplace environments while supporting business operations through facilities management, fleet services, reception, travel, and additional site services.

Working closely with an Integrated Facilities Management partner and regional support functions such as Finance, HR and Supply Chain, the Site Services Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and improving employee experience across both sites. The position is part of the Site Management Forum and the European Facilities Team, providing the opportunity to contribute to broader European initiatives and share guidelines.

Safety is a core priority in this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong safety leadership, promote environmental responsibility and deliver measurable improvements across site operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading facilities maintenance programmes for buildings, utilities and related equipment across both locations
  • Managing site services budgets, monitoring expenditure and ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects and services
  • Implementing energy and resource conservation initiatives including electricity, water and gas usage
  • Overseeing facilities-related projects, including planning, execution and delivery against agreed timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements, including ISO14001 and relevant legislation
  • Managing supplier relationships, contracts and procurement activities in line with company policies
  • Leading regional fleet management, reception services, travel services and company credit card administration
  • Managing and developing the Site Services and Reception team, supporting engagement and performance

Preferred Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in facilities management within a service-oriented commercial environment
  • Proven experience leading projects, ideally within facilities or site services environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive improvements. A first experience in leading a team is a must.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with a strong prefernce for French language skills as well.
  • Strong planning, budgeting and problem-solving skills with a structured and flexible approach

Salary range for the role: 80 000 to 100 000 EUR per year.
