Job Description
This role supports marketing and commercial activities across three business units, combining coordination with hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product Managers and sales teams to deliver marketing initiatives, enable go-to-market activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The position offers broad exposure to different areas of the business and plays an important part in keeping activities on track. Success comes from being organised, proactive, and confident in managing priorities while contributing ideas and improvements. The role requires regular presence in the office and close collaboration with the wider team.
BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain marketing and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, both on-site and off-site
- Enable collaboration across sales, product management, regulatory and external partners to support marketing activities
- Provide administrative support to the Country Business Leader
- Support digital marketing initiatives and related activities
- Manage exhibition logistics, including marketing materials and promotional items
- Handle purchasing processes, including purchase orders, vendor setup and invoice follow-up
- Manage approval processes and ensure compliance for international meetings and healthcare professional payments
Preferred Requirements:
- Initial experience in marketing, commercial support, or a similar role
- Experience creating and maintaining marketing or sales materials, ideally coupled with event management experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in MS Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage as well as familiarity with digital tools and systems for approvals, content, or purchasing
- Experience in MedTech or Pharma is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and developing skills
- Comfortable working with internal and external partners and the ability to adapt your communication accordingly
